DEPOSIT & SET UP FEE
Fill out and submit the online agreement. Include the set up fee of $75
and a deposit = to one month’s payment (i.e. if your list has 216
names, 216 x .89 will determine your deposit). The deposit can be an estimated
number. The deposit will apply to your last month’s mailing.
MAIL LIST ACQUISITION / DATA-ENTRY FEE
*List Acquisition fee = 10 cents per name if you would like us to provide
a geographic farm mailing list for you.
*Data entry fee = 20 cents per name if we are required to type in your
mail list for you.
*Both one time fees and not applicable if mail list is provided via email
& formatted properly.
PAYMENT INFO
If using a Visa or MasterCard for payment, please submit your
order and we will contact you for your billing information OR you can
fax your credit card information to 216-803-0186. Otherwise mail your
personal check to:
